Delivery Information 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Orders placed before 2:00pm are always dispatched the same working day.

During peak periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended, although we will always make every effort to send your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Services

We use Parcelforce services for most orders:

Please note that delivery times are estimated delivery aims provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed services.

Our responsibility is to roast, pack, and dispatch your order correctly within the stated processing timeframe and hand it over to the relevant courier. Once your parcel has been accepted into the courier’s network, delivery and transit times are outside of our control.

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Local delivery office delays
  • Operational issues within the courier’s network

 

Tracking information will be provided where available so you can monitor your delivery’s progress directly with the courier.

Iron & Fire cannot accept liability for delays caused by Royal Mail or Parcelforce once an order has been dispatched and scanned into their system. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with any investigation or claim where appropriate.

Packaging

To reduce waste and make deliveries more convenient, some orders are sent in recyclable cardboard mailing packaging / boxes.

For larger orders, we may use recycled boxes rather than new branded packaging wherever possible.

Stock Availability

If any goods are unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you via the website, email, or telephone where contact details have been provided.

Previous orders can be reordered through the My Account section of the website. If any products from a previous order are no longer available, the reorder option may not be displayed. In this case, please select the products individually or choose suitable alternatives.

Delivery Issues & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the contents of your delivery, please contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt.

As coffee, tea, and other consumable products are perishable goods, Iron & Fire cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly through our website. Customer service is extremely important to us, so if you would like advice before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
