Ultra Violet Ube Concentrate Ingredients:
Sugar, Water, Reconstituted Ube (12%), Natural Colours (Concentrate from Carrot, Hibiscus and Blackcurrant), Natural Flavours, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
Directions:
Shake before use. For a standard 8 fl. oz. serve, add 15ml of Ube concentrate to the cup and mix in about 200ml of hot or cold milk (or milk alternative). Makes for a delicious ube latte, or you can add it to smoothies, shakes, cooking or desserts.
