Green tea is famous for it's many beneficial qualities- including weight loss and anti-ageing- and it's perfect for an alternative caffeine boost to regular tea or coffee. Best enjoyed on it's own, and brewed with water at 80 degrees C (if you don't have a thermometer then take the kettle off just before boil!).
