It’s been roasted to produce a cup that opens with the crisp brightness of apple, balanced by dark chocolate richness and caramel sweetness, finishing with a delicate touch of vanilla.

Grown with care by smallholder farmers in the lush, mountainous regions of Peru. Most farms are less than one hectare in size, tended by families who rely on traditional, sustainable practices that protect both the land and the quality of the crop.
This coffee has been expertly roasted to create a creamy, smooth body with tasting notes of apple, dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla.
This organic offering is ideal for enjoying both black and with milk. Your customers will love the subtle acidity that is perfectly balanced with a comforting sweetness.
Varietals: This lot is a carefully curated blend of Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Pache, and Typica.
Altitude: Grown at elevations between 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level. The high altitude, with its warm days and cool nights, contributes to the bean’s density and complex flavor development.
Harvest: Between March and September.
Processing: This coffee is fully washed to highlight clarity and brightness, before being dried either on raised beds or in cooperative drying facilities.
