We offer complete flexibility. We can host your team at our dedicated training facility, or our SCA qualified trainers can travel directly to your venue. Training your staff on your own commercial espresso machine is often the best way to ensure they are comfortable and confident during a busy service.

Do my staff need previous coffee making experience?

Not at all. We offer tailored barista courses ranging from complete beginner fundamentals to advanced extraction and milk texturing techniques. We will assess the current skill level of your team and adapt the session to suit them perfectly.

Are your barista courses certified?

Yes, our training is delivered by SCA qualified professionals. The Specialty Coffee Association sets the global benchmark for coffee excellence, meaning your staff will learn industry-recognised best practices for brewing, workflow, and machine maintenance.

How many staff members can you train at one time?

We typically recommend smaller groups for the practical sessions to ensure every staff member gets plenty of hands-on time with the espresso machine. For larger hospitality venues, we can easily run multiple sessions across a day or week to accommodate your entire team.
